Imaginative Scrapbooking Layout Idea You Will Cherish

Scrapbooking is a perfect way to display cherished photos and special memories of life. Using layouts are a fun and creative way to do this. If you're stumped in your current project, or need a great scrapbooking layout idea, this is a really adorable scrapbooking layout idea that you will be cherished for years to come.

Wizard of Oz Scrapbooking Layout Idea:

This is a unique and creative scrapbooking layout idea for displaying pictures of your child doing things that they are proud of. For example, if you have a photo of your son or daughter winning an award in school, sharing a cookie with his or her best friend, or his or her first jump from the high diving board, you can display these pictures proudly on this page.

What you will need for this scrapbooking layout idea:

- Three pictures, showcasing your child's heart, brains, and courage.

- Yellow scrapbooking paper.

- Markers and pens.

- Letters - they can be stickers, or you can simply write the words.

- Blue checkered paper (gingham style, like Dorothy's dress.)

- Glue.

- Pictures of the tinman, the lion, and the scarecrow. (You should be able to find great pictures with a search on the internet.)

How to create this scrapbooking layout idea:

1. Using the blue gingham scrapbook paper, glue it to the page in your scrapbook that you want to use for this project. Remember to use acid free paper for scrapbooks, as it will not damage or harm your photos.

2. Cut 2 strips of your yellow paper that will fit horizontally across your page. The strips should be around 2 or 3 inches wide.

3. Draw lines on the strips of yellow paper to make it look like the yellow brick road. Glue one strip one third of the way down your blue and white checkered page. Glue the other two thirds of the way down so that your paper will be divided into 3 equal sections.

4. On the left side of your top section, glue down the picture of your child displaying his or her heart. (Like sharing the cookie with his or her best friend.) You can then glue down the picture of the tinman.

5. Add lettering or write something along the lines of (Name's) Heart.'

6. On the second section, to the right side, glue down the picture of your child displaying his or her brains. (Like winning the award at school) Glue down the picture of the scarecrow as well. You can then add the words, (Name's Brains,) or something similar.

7. On the third section, back to the far left, glue down the picture of your child displaying their courage. (Like diving from the high board.) Place the picture of the lion on this section as well. Add your words, such as (Name's Courage.)

This is a really fun scrapbooking layout idea that allows you to display pictures that you and your child are proud of. He or she will be proud that you have devoted a page just for it, and you will love the way it turns out.

Improve Credit Score

It can happen to anyone, and I mean anyone!.. You finally pay the last payment on that annoying credit card or bill, you are so proud of yourself!, you cut up the card, wash your hands of it and you think you are done. Then maybe you change addresses a couple of times, and you don't get that final notice from them about a couple of dollars in interest charges they feel you still owe them.

They don't bother trying to track you down for a few dollars, so they wait for you to find them, by parking this unpaid bill on your credit report. Only you don't know about this, and a few months or years down the road, you go to buy a new car or get a mortgage on that new house, only to find you are not getting the best interest rates as promised.

They tell you in a whisper, that your credit score is a bit low.. and therefore you can't have the best interest rates. Now what?.... You get a copy of your credit report, and you see this unpaid bill, even maybe one that is not even yours... (it can happen, human error etc) and now you try to dispute or at least pay this unpaid bill. You can't seem to find any of your last statements from then, and they are not being the most co-operative, only talking to you during working hours, and you are very busy with your job and family, and this problem just keeps on going!

I know this sounds like a broken record, but you have to get on top of this, pay the outstanding bill if you do owe it, and dispute the ones you don't or you will for ever have this report following you when you make big purchases that require a loan. Better yet, if you just can't deal with it, get someone who can.. There are companies out there now, that will help you get back on track, they will work for you, while you continue on with daily living, and will get you back on track, so that you get those best interest rates, in the end this could save you thousands of dollars, and will be worth their fee in the end.

Get a copy of your credit report periodically and make sure it is OK.. Simple errors can be fixed, just don't wait until you need a loan! My bank accidentally put 5 mortgages on my credit report, that were not even mine!! I showed them, they were embarrassed and removed them.. but sometimes you need help, so get it now, don't end up paying for someone else's mistake, with higher interest rates or even a loan refusal.

Increase Your Credit Score - Insider Secrets

Learn how to increase your Credit Score quick and easy. There are some simple techniques to increase your score. One of techniques out of 8, require rapid rescoring. This technique requires contact with you local lender, only mortgage companies have access to this trick of the trade. Typically with a good lender relationship, they would be glad to help you with the matter, granted you use them for future loans. I have personally helped many of my client's get there scores up, in order to obtain a mortgage. Here are the Facts about what I did. Remember you need to obtain a current copy of your credit report. It does not affect your scores to get a consumer credit report.

Typical results were from 620 to 680

The following are the 8 steps to increase your credit score in 5 business days.

1.Make sure your balances on your credit cards are paid below 30% of allowed credit.

2.Get credit limit increases on the cards that are charged up the most.

3.Pay off any card balances where your credit limit is high, and balance is moderately low.

4.Never close out good lines of credit.

5.Don't open any credit cards you don't intend to use.

6.Don't be late on any obligations.

7.Rapid Rescoring, this requires a mortgage company.

8.Pay off any outstanding collections, it is a myth that paying off debt owed affects your credit. I do it all the time, and credit scores go up. It's better to report balance paid, or settled. If a collection continues to report as an owed collection, it will lower your scores.

Once you have done the previous mentioned, I recommend getting the necessary documents showing proof of what you did, in regards to each account. Give this to your lender, and have them rapid rescore your credit report. The lender may charge a small fee, because they get charged for this process. This process usually takes 5 business days.

Here is a breakdown of how the bureaus calculate your score:

Factor 1: Payment History (35%)

Factor 2: Amount Owed----- Extent of Indebtedness (30%)

Factor 3: Length of Credit History------- The Longer, the Better (15%)

Factor 4: How Much New Credit? (10%)

Factor 5: Type of Credit (10%)

Once this is done obtain a current copy of your credit report, to see the results. I recommend getting a copy every 60 to 90 days, since creditors report to the bureaus every 30 days.
